Customer Happiness Officer

32 - 40 hours per week

Oxycoin is going full speed ahead and we are looking for you! Customers are the core of every business and we are no exception. Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you adapt to the individual customer within a minute? Are you confident that you are the reason our customers are happy? You might’ve just found your place in this ever evolving world of new technologies.

The challenge you are facing is connection. Connecting with customers, prospects, and everyone who is curious. Not to mention, our team. You will be the bridge between the technical and professional side of Oxycoin and the growing Oxycoin community. Finding a way to connect with an individual no matter what. Your energy, attitude, dedication, and professional skills will guide you through the complex world of online community. Don’t worry, you will not be doing this alone. The entire team is there to help and support each other every step of the way.

Tasks
  • Answering questions of users
  • Monitoring Zendesk, Telegram, Appstore/Playstore reviews, Oxycoin support mailbox
  • Composing the ‘FAQ’ section
  • Standardize solutions regarding ‘Known issues’, think: fix and/or figure out a workaround
  • Supporting users by using Production Admin Panel to find out status
  • Interfacing with community managers, management, compliance, partners and development
  • Handling complaints adequately
  • Reporting incidents, complaints, known issues (open & closed)
  • Translating the team’s messages into appropriate outputs
  • Translating the customer’s thoughts and concerns to the team
  • Empathizing with the customer in every situation
  • Communicating your needs and progress to the team (time needed per task, reasonable expectation, response time etc.)
  • Trying to exceed the customer’s expectations
Required skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social media adept
  • Good written and verbal skills (EN & NL)
  • Energetic and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to quickly grasp technical issues and other topics
  • Able to think ahead
  • Able to work organized
  • General good mood and sociable
The following skills and experiences will be a BIG PLUS:
  • Financial or security background
Examples of user queries:
  • Trouble with onboarding
  • Why can’t I do XXX in the app (limits explanations, iDeal requirement)?
  • I want to remove my account (admin panel, KYC delete?)
  • Something went wrong, I didn’t get any coins, but Euros were taken out of my account
  • When will ... be available?
